Fees:We do not charge you anything up front for non-reserve auctions. Upon sale of your item, we cover for all eBay and Payment Processing Fees. We take care of packaging and shipping and send you a check. For items sold at a minimum of $52.00 and above, you receive 52% of the final selling price.
Our 48% Commision Includes:
- eBay Listing Fees
- eBay Final Value Fees
- Merchant Processing fees
- Check or other Payment Processing Fees
- Costs associated with Shipping/Handling
All individual listings / sales are subject to 48% commission - (or whichever is greater) our minimum service fee on all listings / sales, of merely $25.00 applies, regardless of sale price - if sold or not.

We reserve the right to refuse any items at our discretion. Please contact us before dropping off your item - spontaneous drop-offs could possibly be rejected. Phantom*SF sells all products "as is" and offers buyers a return policy only for grave misrepresentations. Item descriptions therefore need to be accurate.

Items that are to be listed on eBay must be legal to sell and must comply with eBay's listing policies.

The Fees: Not as bad as it may seem! They are less than those, generally requested by regular Consignment Stores.
Our minimum Service Fee is merely $25.00, regardless of sale price - if sold or not.
Duration of one auction generally is 5 - 7 days.
Variations of 3 days, 5 days, 7 days or possibly 10 days may apply from time to time, if it is considered sensible doing so.Above all, and unlike many others, we do not charge you anything up front for non-reserve auctions.

Listing Option 2: Reserve Price Service: You set the price!Includes all aspects of our General Service plus the item does not sell unless it hits your price. It is a good way to test the eBay market for your item and safeguards you from selling below what you want.
We would be happy to set a reserve price for a prepaid, nonrefundable fee of $30.00 plus 1% of the reserve price. For example, a $600 reserve price would incur an upfront fee of $36.
If your item does not hit the reserve price after the 7-day auction, you can then choose to put it in our eBay Store for a 30-day Buy It Now with a Best Offer option!
The Fees / Commissions and Listing Options
Phantom*SF does not charge you anything up front to list your item.
Once your item sells, we pay the eBay and merchant fees, ship it out and send you a check. Once sold at a minimum of $52.00, you get 52% of the final selling price!
After your item sells, our commission is 48%* - this includes ALL related fees:
- eBay listing fees
- eBay Final Value Fees
- PayPal or other Payment Processing Fees
*Please note: Alternatively to commissions, there is merely a $25 minimum service fee on all listings, regardless if sold or not.
